Steel of grade 316 forms the chain and the supplier says 220 pounds of force (about 100 kg) leaves it unaffected. The Cuban links make a band 32 mm wide. The gold version is plated with 18k gold. The silver version is the raw steel polished on the surface.
Nine lengths run from 35 cm to 75 cm in steps of 5 cm. A 35 cm collar weighs about 500 g and a 75 cm one about 900 g so this is a heavy chain. Weights are for reference only and the length can be off by up to 1 cm.
